Get a Handle on Things

Two days, and more progress. All of the doors and drawer fronts are on. The finish pieces are in place. A bunch of the handles are on. It looks, aside from the empty fridge space, like a kitchen. Whoa!

Above is the family room, complete except for the lighting (on the counter) and the drawer handles.

Below you can see the (former) mahogany wall, now painted white:

Above you can see just one handle installed on the sink side -- that's the integrated dishwasher. It matches the cabinetry and looks REALLY cool. You can't even tell. Here's a closer look:

Pretty neat, eh?

Next steps are putting in the remaining handles, installing the lighting, installing the baseboards and then the detailed finish work to make it all look pretty. Oh, and the estimated ETA on the fridge? Valentine's day.
